What People are Saying

Cheryl was able to listen to my struggles and frustrations and give me a healthier perspective for parenting. I’m now better equipped to give my child more room to be his own person, and am seeing the importance of showing him kindness and patience during challenging times. With Cheryl’s observations and advice, I am now a much more mentally organized and relaxed Mama, opening up the desired space for my son and I to have a happier, healthier bond! Cheryl’s guidance and wisdom is absolutely priceless. Thank you Cheryl!!!

Cheryl came into our lives at the perfect time. With our daughters growing up faster by the day, Cheryl has helped us navigate the world of parenting adolescents and pre-teens. We leave every meeting feeling encouraged and armed with new approaches to communicate with our children and each other. If it takes a village to raise a child, Cheryl is our mayor!

I can’t say enough about how Cheryl has impacted my life in a positive way. She is always professional, great at listening and obviously, brings with her tons of experience in the education field (which is invaluable for parent coaching). The special thing about Cheryl is that she truly cares. She started out as a parent coach but has become someone very special to me. I can’t thank her enough.

I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Cheryl Hersh.  Her nonjudgmental and encouraging voice was exactly what I needed to help me through some tough parenting dilemmas.  She helped me first see the things that I was doing well and then gave me great suggestions for improving in areas where I was struggling.  I appreciated how she helped me set goals on things that I felt were important and then worked with me on how to achieve them. She motivated me and held me accountable in a truly supportive way.  My family has definitely benefited in numerous ways thanks to Cheryl’s guidance. I would highly recommend her services to other families who are looking to improve their daily lives.

Working with Hersh Coaching was a wonderful gift for our entire family. Her calm, non-judgmental approach allowed me to explore areas that were working for our family and make adjustments in areas that were not as successful.

I worked with Cheryl for some time to help build my communication and connection skills with my 7 year old daughter. Cheryl is fantastic, caring and understanding in how to coach a parent to be their best selves. I highly recommend her services if you are looking to improve your abilities as a parent to communicate or in other parenting areas.

Working with Cheryl was one of the best things I’ve ever done to help support my son, family, and my sanity. Our evening (dinner + bedtime) routine was literally sucking the life out of me. We just couldn’t get it right. With Cheryl’s parenting sessions, in just a few months, we were able to establish healthier, more sustainable, routines, starting with pre-dinner, to actually sleeping in bed. She helped give us tools and skills to help cope with meltdowns and transitions. We started working with Cheryl when my son was four years old; he is now six and I’m still using the skills and tools I learn from our sessions with her. If you truly want want positive results, and work with someone who is kind, patient, and creative, work with Cheryl! Thank you, Cheryl, for everything you did for me and my family....for helping me gain my sanity and sleep back. We’re so grateful for you and the important work you do.
